The collective Mayors of the boroughs of Greater Manchester visited Bolton and had lunch at The Spice Valley Restaurant, Horwich. During the event The Restaurant was awarded a coveted Gold Standard Certificate from the Bury Curry Club.
Bolton's 2011 Food and Drink Festival has been hailed a fantastic success for the town with over 80 traders taking part and bringing thousands of visitors into the town. Bolton is being firmly placed on the map as a great town to visit.
