This year Bolton’s Food and Drink Festival is set to be bigger and better than ever with more venues, more chefs and much more to see and do.
With events taking place over the weekend of Friday 26th to Monday 29th August, the organisers, Bolton Council are putting on a range of paid for demonstrations from celebrity chefs as well as a number of high profile chefs who can be watched for free.
Some of the big names who will be attending the event are TV favourites James Martin, Gino D’Acampo and The Hairy Bikers, Si King and Dave Myers. The celebrities will be appearing on different days in the specially erected marquee ‘Demo Kitchen’ in Victoria Square, while other great names of the culinary world will demonstrate their skills in The Market Place Shopping Centre and Bolton Market on Ashburner Street.
