Are you a Bolton Food and Drink Producer and think you are worth your salt? If so then the Fine Food Awards 2011 want to hear from you so they can celebrate the very best of what the region has to offer.
The competition organised by Food NW which is managing the region’s Food and Drink Growth Programme with support from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the awards recognise the best fine foods produced across the region, from chutneys, confectionery and cakes, to sausages, seafood, sauces and sorbet.
The Awards will be split and judged in 3 areas as follows:- Cheshire & Merseyside, Cumbria, and Lancashire & Manchester
