Local charity Peace Hospice Care is calling on the community to come together to support each other, and the patients and families the Hospice cares for, during its Lights of Love week, 7th – 11th December.
In their first two weeks of trading since re-opening, Peace Hospice Care’s charity shops have seen a 25% increase in takings against the same period last year.
Over £1,200 was raised, for local charity Peace Hospice Care, by Councillor Simon Rubner, Mayor of Elstree and Borehamwood, at his Chanukah party on the 23rd December 2019
Today, 23rd December 2019, Peace Hospice Care are pleased and proud to announce that local footballing legend Luther Blissett, has become a Patron of the charity.
The community is invited to join together at Peace Hospice Care’s annual Lights of Love commemoration ceremony on Tuesday 10th December outside Watford Town Hall from 7pm.
