Personal Assistance

SOS Care Services provide One to One Care in people’s homes and in the community. Their aim is to support the individual to maintain their independence and high quality of life.

All their services are tailored to the needs of the individual ensuring that they have the flexibility to adapt to the varying demands of the person they care for.

The management team will visit your home to offer you an assessment before discussing your own requirements. This can also be conducted over the phone.

By assessing your needs and personality allows them to assign you the most suitable care worker.

It's vital for them that you are happy with the care worker, allowing you to talk freely and build a trusting bond for the future.

Young People Care

SOS Care truly understands the challenges faced by parents of a child or young person with behaviour that challenges, and/or disabilities. Helping Children to access activities and live independently, they can help support you to establish family routines, leisure activities, respite care and a healthy lifestyle.

They have vast experience in supporting the family and child as they transition through to adulthood.

This can not only be from a practical level but also emotional. They work with you and all individuals involved, from caseworkers to specialists to ensure that there is joined up support for the child or young adult, working to fully support the Educational and Health Care plan, and Home Care Plan, SOS Care Services will liaise with multi-disciplinary and multi-agency teams.
