After 18 months of trying to find a builder who would carry out the work I required, I discovered Middlebrook Property Maintenance. So glad I did. From the first meeting Sean listened to what I needed doing, gave me advice and guidance. Last week the work was started. Connor and his team were punctual, polite, efficient, tidy, with great attention to detail. They have done an amazing job, despite the weather. I couldn't be happier with the result. From the first point of contact, I have been kept up to date, informed of what would happen, when things would arrive, etc. There customer service has been first class. Thank you for reinstating my trust, that there are professional companies out there, who will undertake the work. I would definately recommend Sean, Connor and team. Mark messaged me back within an hour, came and had a look first thing the following morning, even arriving early (I’ve never had this with this with tradesmen!)
Turns out my chimney doesn’t need to come down, it’s just a stable, old chimney. Little bit of repair on the flashing-which he quoted half the price of the others!
Days of stress and anxiety resolved in 20 minutes. Mark is going to come out and do the required works, saving me £1500 on what I told I ‘needed’ doing.
If you have any concerns give this guy a call. Mark, you’re a true gent and I can’t thank you enough. When you come to do the work, you can have unlimited brews and best biscuits!
