Kev and Kelly were amazing at finding a unicorn in a warehouse for me. Thanks very much guys.
but here goes … I pulled into ORS UK (Burton) on Saturday whilst looking for a unicorn ‘comfort’ work chair for a short legged fidget & I was greeted by the owner who works Saturdays alone ( so lets staff off) & as an ex Director myself I understand his companies ethos immediately & wasn’t surprised at all when I returned Mon, needing more time to see the huge stocks only to find his staff especially Kelly & her Manager who afforded me their expertise, patience & overly generous time displaying customer service levels above & beyond I receive elsewhere these days & now I have to go back again as Kellies emailed quotes are dynamic too ! I wish them many more years success , Many thanks Lee
