We had seen the great reviews and wanted to see if The Davy Bakehouse was as good as everyone had said. Both myself and my wife ordered the Avocado on a hot bagel and a mug of tea, this morning for breakfast. (£3.50 & £1.50 each). I can honestly say that the service was friendly and welcoming and the food was fabulous - it really was one of the best meals that we've had out this year... sometimes you can go out and spend a stupid amount of money on something that you expect to be incredible, quite honestly it's often a lot of style over substance. Our meal was simple, well made and delicious!!! In fact, I'm sitting here enjoying one of their brownies as I write this review. I would highly recommend The Davy Bakehouse to anyone. It's a local gem. Thank you and well done!

Food good and well priced and the interior does look like a tearoom and not a transport cafe
