After 18 months of trying to find a builder who would carry out the work I required, I discovered Middlebrook Property Maintenance. So glad I did. Turns out my chimney doesn’t need to come down, it’s just a stable, old chimney. Little bit of repair on the flashing-which he quoted half the price of the others!
Days of stress and anxiety resolved in 20 minutes. Mark is going to come out and do the required works, saving me £1500 on what I told I ‘needed’ doing.
