Rang Darlaston branch ahead on a bank holiday to check closing time was 4pm. Got to store at 3:45pm (was a 40min drive) and was met by an employee at the door as I entered who saw the grab bags we were returning and said "We don't take those back here". When I told him we had done before, he asked "When?". He then consulted the colleague behind the counter who had been listening and they both insisted I needed to go to the Walsall branch. That employee said he couldn't do card refunds and was also busy convincing another customer he couldn't help them either. We wanted to purchase some other items from store but we felt unwelcome and as if we were being prevented from entering any further into the store.
We left and I sat in my car and rang the Walsall branch who apologised and confirmed they should have been able to serve us. We then watched the above mentioned 2 male employees lock up and leave the premises at 3:57pm. Shame because previous experience has been good here but that has put us off ever going back there.
