Andrew came out and quoted me £1150 including a metal frame for some doors to replace my existing up and over. He told me the wooden beam would have to come out as it was bowing And he would put in a metal frame. I asked if that was included in the price thinking I’d have to pay extra and he said it was. Long story short he’s fitted doors that are not tall enough resulting in my not being able to get my ladders out of the garage and one of his fitters and another person injuring themselves on the door stay. Andrew the boss, doesn’t care as far as he’s concerned I have garage doors. Not once did he tell me they would be shorter than my existing ones. Avoid at all costs. The quote contained no measurements so how can he be sure he measured correctly? His attitude stinks
