In about 7 months of going here 3 or so times a week, I've lost a stone and a half and feel fitter and stronger than I did at 18. This is only possible, I think, because of the environment I find myself in when I go. Bright, friendly, positive and, more importantly, I've never felt judged like I have in other gyms. Even on days when I'm not feeling it, I walk into AF Aldridge and I get it done because of the atmosphere here.
