called ahead to see if they had a niche part i was looking for to fix my issue, and although they didn’t, i received curious and interested questions about my problem, enough to make a point to pit stop here on a drive from norwich to manchester, to see if we could find a workaround
ended up with an hour of fun conversation, intentional troubleshooting, and a gadget from james’ personal collection which - when plugged in BACKWARDS - fixed my problem and saved our tour
