The second part of Sub Lt David Ramsden's recollections of the Falklands Campaign 1982, 5-13 April, heading South and preparing for war!
David moved ships several times but finally arrived in HMS Plymouth where he spent the duration of the conflict.
The days leading up to the Task Force being formed by Admiral Woodward and sailing South towards the Falkland Islands. Sub Lieutenant David Ramsden was transferred from HMS Aurora to HMS Plymouth, via HMS Coventry and Antrim. Tension was building!
