I was put to ease and felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. My treatment(Indian head massage) was explained to me and was so relaxing I had to stop myself from falling asleep. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a massage, can't comment on other treatments but will be trying out more in the future. Thank you.

As ever Alex has performed miracles. I always say she has healing hands. I was sore before I went to Alex today but she did a bespoke treatment for me based on my needs which involved an aromatherapy neck, shoulder and back massage coupled with some reflexology. . Cannot recommend enough. Very reasonably priced! Thanks Alex, I will sleep well tonight! xx

A wonderful place to come to with great staff. The centre is cosy. The rooms are nice, clean and smell fresh. Would highly recommend coming here to all. Oh, also the prices are well thought so everyone can afford to come over for relaxing and healing their body.

I've just been for a deep tissue massage with Alex and I feel a million times better.
I've only been here for massages but they offer a pretty comprehensive range of health and beauty treatments. Consistently friendly, caring and professional service, great value for money and always very clean. Also there's decent parking outside and the number 4 bus from town stops 2 minutes' walk away.
Alex is some kind of massage miracle worker, so I would absolutely recommend paying her a visit if you have any aches and pains.
