Not long till Christmas now.... 'Tis the season to be merry so I hope everyone's managing to fit in at least a little bit of Shrewsbury shopping. 'Tis also better to give than to receive, although there's more of a debate on that one....
According to a new survey commissioned by thebestof.co.uk, the majority of Brits believe their local high street is in decline and that Supermarkets are largely responsible.
Back to my Shrewsbury blog after a relaxing weekend at home where the computer didn't go on once. Well, OK, I did a teensy bit of eBaying. Got a nice pair of New Balance trainers; old school, just my cup of tea and half the price of my daughter's shoes.
It's not long till Halloween in Shrewsbury. Our fair town has everything you need for this haunting holiday. Then it will soon be Bonfire Night followed by Christmas.... Yes, Christmas.... Time to start saving (again).
