Bought a 2nd hand Merecedes from the Team at Dale House Cars today. Prior to our visit we had, had speedy responses to our email enquiries and additional photos of the vehicle. On going to view the car we had a friendly reception from the team and Andy was on hand for any queries we had. The team took time to answer all queries and were happy to let both myself and my partner take the car out for a drive with no pressured sales pitch. Andy also came and chatted to me and my children whilst my partner was out on his test drive. Overall a really positive experience. Thank you

Our van required two straight forward repairs under warranty. A repair to a door was signed off as completed, but on inspection it hadn’t been touched. The reason essentially was poor communication . The problem was communicated by myself verbally on the phone but either misinterpreted or miscommunicated to the technician. This was compounded by what appeared to be a hurried reception process whereby the receiving ( other) technician could have established 100% the work required. This was not done. Surely a an absolute prerequisite for repair or service work is establish absolutely what is requested or required. Take my advice - Ensure at the point of phoning and booking, and at the point of handing the van over that your requirements are correctly noted.
