Wedding Planning & some top tips

If you know someone who has recently got engaged, perhaps at Christmas! Then pass this on to them. I’ve been exhibiting at a few Wedding Fairs recently and here are some top tips to help a couple plan their wedding.

  • Start early – think about what kind of wedding you want, can afford and roughly where. Venues get booked up way in advance so start thinking at least one or two years in advance. I’m seeing young couples planning for 2 or 3 years ahead gathering ideas and visiting venues to see if they would like to have their special day there.
  • As venues get booked up quickly – this should be a priority on your list to book. Castles, Hotels, Manors, Fields, Restaurants and Pubs all need visiting, talking with the wedding team and thinking about. You may wish to consider a non-weekend day for the wedding or having the wedding during in the off season – it could save a bunch of money.
  • Go to a wedding fair or several. Why? They are free, many vendors offer free suggestions and advice. They may have services or products you never realised you needed or thought about. When I see couples and mention what will you be doing with the children at the wedding during the speeches and that I can entertain them with a balloon show and more I often get a response of we haven’t thought of that!

If you need advice on entertainment for both children and adults for weddings and other events to help create wonderful memories, brilliant smiles & fantastic photos with award winning balloon entertainment then call me 07947 013178 or visit  www.DannyTheIdiot.com
