This is what I find with most of my clients....they are busy and know they need some kind of relaxation but just can't manage to fit it in.

Everyone is unique so I tailor bespoke programmes for my clients. They become a pleasure and something to look forward to rather then another thing added to the never ending' To Do' list and become new calmer habits that benefit in so many ways.
