This weekend on the 16th and 17th, September the White Rock is celebrating the Hastings Fringe by bringing family focused events all under the one roof for a wide audience to enjoy.
Introducing children to the theatre from a young age is a wonderful way to help them be more creative and fire their enthusiasm, all of which can continue to grow and develop even more as they get older. From the youngest children enjoying a Pantomime performance to older children attending concerts and shows with their parents, everyone can experience the fun and cultural richness that going to the theatre offers.
The Hastings Fringe has grown in popularity over the last 2 years, attracting very many local acts and supporters, and some from further afield too. It has never forgotten the original concept behind it, which was to create a platform for new and original local talent, and so it continues to provides a wonderful stage for new talent to showcase their work.
The 2017 Fringe Festival promises to be even better with more acts, more events and more venues - including the White Rock Theatre. This year you’ll see more colour and energy, more performances to bring in the crowds, and superb creativity to entertain the audiences.
This year they are showcasing an exciting programme from talented local, national and international performers. The Organisers aim to ensure the diverse programme that makes up this year’s Festival is lots of fun and offers something for everyone, young and old alike.
