This workshop will cover a range of topics including: stress, anxiety, depression and feeling overwhelmed. I will offer coping strategies for the hectic lives we all lead. I will guide you through a variety of ways to handle this which will include a combination of meditation, mindfulness and simple breathing techniques, together with teachings from yoga, tai chi and chi gong. At the end of the 6 weeks you will be equipped with your own toolbox to cope with the everyday stresses of life.
This course also holds the benefit of having some 'me time' and helping you organise a self care routine by also learning how to let go of the guilt that surrounds this.
Each session is just £10 on the day If you pay up front in full you will pay £9 per session. If you sign up for both the Sunday Connecting Course and the Monday evening Meditation Class and pay up front you will pay £100
