Quite by chance whilst on a course in the local area, I happened upon the building at King Square in Bridgwater. Drawn by it’s industrial and business heritage I had been looking at local architecture and property. I’m Pam Bunbury - Lindsay, a property developer by trade, so this was a force of habit for me. Looking unloved and fairly run down, my eye lingered over the Georgian proportions, the scale of the property, the beautiful square it frames and the possibilities started to form in my head.
