A documentary film-maker will be hoping to reveal some of the answers surrounding a debilitating illness when the Shropshire ME Group stages its annual conference this month.
A fundraising event for two local churches, which will include a planting demonstration by Margaret Thrower, is being arranged at caravan dealership Salop Leisure’s Emstrey headquarters in Shrewsbury for Tuesday, July 26.

A team of six women from Whitchurch completed the 100 kilometre charity Ride the Night 2016 from Windsor Racecourse to London and back at the weekend in memory of a friend who died from ovarian cancer in April.
A successful event held at a Shrewsbury hotel and restaurant to commemorate 400 years since the passing of William Shakespeare, has raised £250 for Macmillan Cancer Support Shropshire.
