What’s happening in Jersey this weekend (3rd & 4th October)?

The highlight of the weekend is undoubtedly the Standard & Chartered Marathon on Sunday with many locals taking part in either the full marathon or the relay race, there are sure to be lots spectators along the course to cheer on the participants. The downside for motorists will be delays and diversions during the day.  I would like to wish everyone taking part a ‘good’ race and I hope you raise loads for cash for charity.

Also it’s the first weekend of the 2015 Tennerfest so it’s a great opportunity to check out their website find a menu that you like and make a booking.

Currently the BBC website is predicting that Jersey should be dry over the weekend with some sunny periods, daytime temperatures u to 18c, so attending outdoor event should be quite pleasant.

If you organise or support a local event we would love to tell people about it! Click here  to upload details, it’s quick and easy to do.
