What's happening for Halloween?

I love the summer, long, warm days lots of things going on. Long walks on the beach with the dog, eating outside in the evening, spending time in the garden, meeting up with friends for a drink outside one of our pubs. Great.

Not so keen on autumn/winter, it's dark, cold and often raining, I tend to turn into a hermit and only leave the house only when necessary.

But there are some things to look forward to, the first is Halloween, now I know that this is a bit of an import from America and when I was young it was not really recongised over here. However, there is no doubt that it is now well established on the calendar and that childern really look forward to the dressing up, parties and Halloween events that are organised.

I have been looking out for Halloween events to promote on our events pages and so far have only found details on one, the Halloween Party being held at Jersey Goldsmiths on Sunday 31st October, for details click here.

If you know of any Halloween events, please either add them, via the Events page on the site or drop me an email with details jeresey@thebestof.co.uk
