As many of us embark on a staycation, or just a relax on the beach or in the garden, how about something a little different to taste, refresh and enjoy. We have two cocktail recipes to share with you, La Mare Rosé Sangria and The Tidal.
La Mare Rosé Sangria
To make a jug:
1 bottle Sainte Marie White Wine
1 litre of lemonade
4 sliced lemons
1 handful of raspberries
2 measures La Mare Raspberry Liqueur
Garnish with your favourite summer berries and enjoy!

This recipe is from The Tidal Rum. Their signature serve “The Tidal” is a simple double measure of Tidal with soda and half a fresh lime squeezed in. It’s the perfect zesty refresher!
Here’s how to make yours:
A double measure of Tidal
Add iced-soda to taste
Squeeze in half a fresh lime
Add a garnish of your choice and plenty of ice.
