I used to work with Rebecca and I have always been impressed with her ‘can do’ approach to life, she is always positive and manages to hold down a demanding job, balance the pressure placed on her as a working mum and still find time for some fun. Recently she has started sky diving!!
This is the third time that Rebecca has taken part in the Jersey Marathon and this year she will have to cover a 5.75 miles section, Les Quennevais Hockey Field to Finish Line. She hopes to complete the section is about an hour.
Rebecca was the first person to take part in the Jersey Marathon in a wheel chair and it is likely that this year she will again be the only participant in wheel chair.
To date Rebecca has personally raise about £1,500 for charity, and this year she’s hoping to raise £2,000 for Unite 2 Fight Paralysis charity. What a fantastic objective, I personally wish her well and I hope that you will kindly make a donation to help Rebecca meet her target.

Cheering Rebecca along will be her husband Steve and 6 year old son Milo.
If you are turning out to support the runners on the day if you see her please give Rebecca big cheer.
If you could share this Blog with your friends and family so that we can maximise the donations that Rebecca obtains that would be greatly appreciated.
