I was chatting with Nick Doublet from HotFrog  about some of the problems and issues that we all have from time to time with our computers and in particular on how we all tend to struggle with getting the best from the software we work with. No sooner have you got used to Windows Vista than along comes Windows 7! Is it just me or are all computer and software user manuals designed to be utterly confusing?

We agreed that it would be a good idea to raise this issue on the Blog and invite anyone who is either struggling to get the best out of their new computer or has an old computer that has performance issues to contact Nick so that he can give them some guidance.
