Hastings' fabulous array of restaurants and shops take part in this annual event with themed events in five restaurants.

Come and dine to live bands, traditional dance; have a go at Bollywood!

The week is packed with delicious food, special offers and foody events, giving you a chance to taste the world without leaving town. Come and meet Eat Global’s stilt walkers at the launch on Saturday 22 April in Priory Meadow from 11am.

Our members Bay Spice are taking part in this year’s Eat Global network where they have chosen their Kursan dish as their Customers favourite dish during Spring. Kursan is a sizzling chicken or lamb dish from Goa. This medium spicy dish is suffused with fenugreek, peppers and tomatoes and its lemony zing makes a perfect marriage with lemon and coriander rice.

Other participants taking part are Remy’s Café Kulinarya, Peking Garden, Gurkha Chef and Fatima’s Kitchen. If you fancy cooking for yourself then why not take a look at the Oriental Supermarket on Queens Road or Helen’s Fresh Halal Meat and Vegetables on Norman Road.

For more information make sure you pick up a programme from the Hastings’ Tourist Information Centre and you can also get a 10% Discount from participants during the festival on production of the programme. The festivities run for the whole week from 22 April until the following Saturday, 29 April. Enjoy!
