Gave us time to try a wide variety of matress without any hard sell. When we wanted informaion on any specific item we could just ask. Gave options for delivery, and the process was smooth and painless - apart from the price, of course - but now we have a pain free night's sleep!

Very helpful in showroom when choosing furniture. Appreciated the patience when we couldn't take delivery of goods due to us being let down with time frame we were given by window company.
Slight damage noticed when drawers being built, but this was noted and replacement drawers ordered and will be replaced once they come in and it doesn't effect the use whilst we wait. Again appreciated this being highlighted and sorted with no issue at all.
