The Old Government House Hotel & Spa features a well-equipped gym that allows guests to maintain their fitness routine while traveling. With modern exercise equipment and a peaceful atmosphere, it provides an ideal space for both cardio and strength training workouts.
This hotel exceeded all our expectations. The welcome and service from all staff was second to none. The breakfast meals were outstanding, the choice was unbelievable with hot food served to table. No waiting to toast your own bread here! The location of the hotel was in the centre of town perfect for nearby restaurants and shops. The spa facilities at the hotel were good and very welcome on a rainy morning. Every need was met at this hotel, they even have a pillow menu offering lavender scented it memory foam pillows. We will definitely be returning.

Gym in Guernsey
Kings modern gym has recently been refurbished and now provides a light and airy dedicated facility split across two floors with interconnecting glass staircase and more than 80 pieces of equipment available for member use. Split conveniently into mini zones, each area is purposely designed and fitted out to offer both cardio and weights equipment throughout.
i’m a member here and the gym is great - well equipped and staff always greet you when you walk in, they are also very helpful.
