A lovely stay at the Fermain Valley Hotel. Beautiful room on the first floor with balcony and sea view. We liked the comfortable bed and the room was well equipped with all the extras you would expect including a fan. Nicely decorated, no complaints at all other than the fact that the hot water was BOILING! Lovely breakfast and serving team, nothing was too much trouble. Helpful reception team and there was the bonus of a swimming pool. It was nice to be able to walk down to the beach which took about 10 minutes and a walk into town was a comfortable 25 minute stroll. Thank you team for a lovely stay.

We stayed three nights at this hotel during our holiday to Guersey last week. Overall we had a fabulous stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I didn’t get the name of the receptionist who checked us in on Tuesday afternoon, 8/9, but she was super helpful. I loved the spa area and booked two treatments, which were lovely. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice - though I would have liked to see some plant based yogurts, but generally it was more than adequate. Our bedroom was very clean and the cleaning staff were delightful, ensuring we were happy with everything. It was lovely to have the mini fridge too.
Our only real issue was dinner in the restaurant on the Tuesday evening. Due to a mix up, we waited almost one and a half hours for our main course. However, the head waiter offered us free desserts and took 10% off the bill. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return some day.
