Went to the Physio at First Contact Health, I cannot recommend Kay high enough outstanding in my eyes. Prices and time to be seen also very good.
It was really good. Praying I feel better after the 3rd injection of PRP.
I had guided injections in both shoulders and they were much less painful than I expected, probably due to the skill and care shown by the clinician.
Good place to take the kids, older ones can get a bit noisy and reckless but that's kids for you. Food is a 4 on 5 , decent fast food …
