Les Cotils
Les Cotils is the perfect setting for an exceptional meal to help you celebrate a special occasion or enjoy a delicious Sunday lunch.

A wonderful welcoming team of staff, incredible food, beautiful surroundings and superb location. Yet absolutely impossible to sleep - like sleeping in an airport or bus station. Corridor lights only go off at 2.30am Noisy corridors as guests walk by and bang doors that shake walls and reverberate through bed head whilst triggering the lights going on and off all night. Internal doors slamming and creaky floor boards all night every night. No window coverings so light streams through the windows like a floodlight.

Duke of Richmond Hotel
The Duke of Richmond Hotel is well known to both locals and visitors as one of the best restaurants in Guernsey with a wide range of luxury cuisine. The Leopard Restaurant is a welcoming venue for fine dining at any time of day. When the weather allows, The Terrace, overlooking beautiful Candie Gardens provides an al fresco dining experience perfect for morning coffee or afternoon tea, or move into the Conservatory and appreciate our cuisine under shelter from the elements.

Having read the previous review about Sunday lunch, I’m not sure we were both in the same place as we had a wonderful lunch.
The roast beef was succulent, melted in your mouth served with a rich and tasty gravy. Crispy roast potatoes with lovely fresh seasonal vegetables.
The staff were friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them.
As for the desert, wow! A trio of chocolate, what’s not to love. Top marks to the chef.

Herm Island has an exceptional and diverse range of restaurants and dining options. Visited this week whilst on a day trip to Herm. Friendly place with large outside seating area. If you want food though get there before 2pm! We missed it.

The staff were lovely, even thought they were really busy and apologising for being short staffed. The first time I had the avocado and smoked salmon salad. Delicious.
Then the pancakes and maple syrup the second time. Made to order and very nice. The coffee was great.

This was the most magic staycation. We couldn’t fault a single thing. Our room was beautiful & staff & food superb. I’ve not stayed in such a beautiful room ever. This was a special treat for my partner and I and we felt so welcome from beginning to the end of our stay. Thank you so much!
