Heather has been caring for John’s feet for a long time. He finds it hard to look after his feet because of his age. She is kind caring and goes above and beyond for John and he is especially happy always says how much better his feet feel after heather has visited.

I have just had my first visit to Sussex Footcare. I was very nervous and embarrassed about the state of my feet. Joyce was absolutely brilliant.

I had an absolutely brilliant experience with Sussex Footcare. Our first appointment was in early September, with Joyce, and just over two months later, we’re sorted! Joyce is such a lovely person to be around and she has such a bubbly energy to her. I’m so pleased that my problem was sorted so quickly and we have Joyce and Sussex Footcare to thank immensely. Thank you so much! I’d strongly recommend this establishment for any foot health issues as they are just the best!

1st time consult with Alex, via kind offer given to St Wilfrids Hospice, for those who completed the Sahara Trek recently. Discomfort with heel pain & tendon when walking, so full examination given with checks for blood flow to foot etc. Explanation given to the diagnosis along with exercises and what to use pain relief wise should it be required, who knew an obvious oc relief used was having opposite effect...

We came to visit Andrew after my daughter had 2 verrucas on her foot. One was particularly large and could uncomfortable on her feet. We tried various home methods but nothing helped.
The practice at Sussex Footcare had a clean, friendly and welcoming reception area and staff.
When receiving treatment my daughter was immediately put at ease with Andrew’s friendly, informative and professional manner. Options of treatment were explained and offered, and all our questions were answered. Andrew explained the process in a really interesting way and we both learned more about verrucas!
After the initial treatment, my daughter’s verrucas were instantly a lot more bearable. Over the next few weeks they changed shape and then one by one, disappeared, much to my daughter’s delight. We were really surprised at the speed of the treatment and how hard it was to see any traces of them.
The follow-up appointment ensured all was ok and indeed no trace of the verruccas! We are so pleased with the practice, the treatment and Andrew’s knowledge, helpfulness and level of care and attention.
I would strongly recommend for anyone who has a stubborn verruca (or any other foot things!).

I had been suffering with painful ingrown toenails for quite some time — it was genuinely affecting my day-to-day life. Recently had toe nail surgery here, would HIGHLY recommend anyone to come here! Andy and his team are spot on, very professional, and very welcoming. Once I had the surgery, I had no pain whatsoever. I work in steel toe cap boots, walking around all day long, and I have had no issues at all. The healing process has been very smooth, and they are all very informative and helpful! If you are having issues with an ingrown toenail, give these guys a call!

Highly recommended- From our first point of contact with Heather, who found my 17yr old son a same day appointment for a severe ingrown toenail, through to Andrew, who’s friendly, professional and reassuring manner calmed my anxious son through his toe nail surgery. Everything was explained clearly and precisely and I felt confident throughout the whole process, that my son was being well cared for and the relaxed atmosphere made the whole process a breeze. Andrew listened to my son and carried out the surgery swiftly and connected with my son in a way that put him at ease with what was happening.

For the past umpteen years, I have had an unsightly big toe nail on my right foot, which whilst not painful, has been a source of embarrassment. Finally, I plucked up the nerve to get it sorted and, after much research, went to Sussex Footcare in Eastbourne. And I am SO glad that I did.
Any initial feelings of embarrassment about my toe were waived away by Joyce - who was just the kindest person. Really. She confided that she'd seen toes in a FAR worse state - and I believed her! So - the whole surgical procedure was explained, the costs involved were also shared and a date for surgery was booked. (Postponed slightly - my fault, not theirs.) On the date of surgery, everything was explained, the whole procedure was swift, painless and beautifully carried out by Andrew - a Man Utd fan, but one can't have everything...(!) Here we are, almost 2 weeks post surgery - there is ZERO sign of infection, the toe has healed beautifully and there is sign of clear, new growth. Happy days. So - would I recommend Sussex Footcare? Most definitely. If you feel embarrassed about your feet, please don't be....they've seen it all before and dealt with it, probably much worse - so, go and see them. 100% recommended.

As at December 21st 2024 I've had three 'foot sessions' with Andrew Albon. The standard of care and attention to detail are second to none and I've noticed a remarkable improvement in my nail health by listening carefully to his advice and applying the products he recommends. The treatment he applies during each session is excellent

I can no longer cut most of my own toenails so started going to Andrew at Sussex Footcare. He is very friendly and welcoming and does a great job very quickly and efficiently. I have also bought some cream for my feet to keep the skin soft and necessary for me as I have type 2 diabetes. So am happy to give this reference for him.

All my vurrucae were gone after two appointments! I had one verruca for over a year and this became fifteen when I tried to treat them myself, and some had become very painful. At my first appointment the therapist Joyce explained the nature of the virus and made it clear that it was my decision which treatment option(s) to choose and that successfully treating the virus depended on creating an immune response in my body. Joyce skillfully exposed the verrucae and applied my chosen treatment and from that day everything started to feel better. Two weeks later on my next appointment I was thrilled to learn only five verrucae remained and Andrew the therapist skillfully attended to these and one month later I was free of all verruca. I could not have had a better experience. The clinic was very welcoming and kind with no pressure at all and both therapists I saw are clearly very highly trained and skilled.
