Practical experience backed by strong leadership

Co-founders Dan Richardson and Rob Neill combine hands-on construction knowledge with extensive property management experience. Dan oversees operations and day-to-day project delivery, drawing on more than 15 years of experience across general building and multi-trade works. Having grown up in Eastbourne, he understands the local property landscape and the standards clients expect.

Rob ensures the business operates professionally, with systems and communication that reflect his background in residential lettings and property management. His experience working with both independent and national agencies enables SPRINT to operate as a reliable extension of managing agents and property companies alike.
