First time visitors. We really enjoyed the food. We have the veg thali and meat thali and felt it was good value for money, flavours were lovely (not something thats reheated out of a bottle or something i could make myself better at home), and we had wonderful service. Looking forward to going again with friends.

What can I say? AAA is for amazing food. Amazing restaurant. Amazing staff. So just amazing. The food taste fresh and tasty. We ordered 3 salads from their menu. All three was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the beef salad. Spicy but mind blowing. The papaya salad was fresh and perfect for my level of spiciness. The salt and pepper.squid was perfect not chewy at all and perfect with siriacha spicy sauce. My kids had Thai dumplings with rice. We all had the best meal and can’t wait to go back. Btw. We drove from Crawley West Sussex to come here. Highly recommended establishment. Thank you so much

We were looking for a good, fresh meal in Eastbourne. Meze is wonderful traditional Turkish restaurant, got a charcoal grill in middle of restaurant. Frequented by lots of Turkish families with chefs working on a central open kitchen BBQ fire. The food is cooked fresh right in front of you, so you can see it's good. We'll definitely visit and come back again to dine.

I have for too long associated Eastbourne with a mixture of fish and chip outlets, a sprinkling of rather staid Italian trattorias and the occasional absurdly priced tasting menu in a not so grand Victorian hotel. No longer. Malayalam or Mother’s Keralan Cuisine to add its full title is one of a number of new restaurants in Terminus Road which are a bit more adventurous. This restaurant had an extraordinary range of dishes on offer for lunch. In addition to the main menu featuring unuxusl dishes such as kingfish curry in a clay pot, grilled fish fillet in banana leaf, coconut milk chicken stew and Malalayi lamb and spinach, there was a lunch menu and a ‘mini feast’ special, a sort of mini Thali with curries and a dosa. I profited from this opportunity to mix and max starting with a masala dosa from the main menu. Given this is such a staple of South Indian cuisine it seemed churlish not to try it. And it was exemplary the huge crepe full of potatoes, beans, carrots and cumin secs fairly falling off the edges of the plate and served with chutneys and sambal. Also falling off the plate was the lamb biriani I chose from the lunch menu. Served in a banana leaf parcel, a huge square of rice with chunks of lamb and cashews and raisins was revealed beneath onto which raita and a lentil dip was poured. A tomato and poppadoms accompanied. I finished with a traditional vermicelli pudding served hot in a copper pot. A pint of cobra was a refreshing beverage on a hot day.
The Green Almond
When it comes to Vegetarian Restaurants in Eastbourne The Green Almond has a great reputation. They strongly advise booking a table in advance and certainly if you intend to travel.

Such a lovely place! They've done a great job adapting to covid regulations. Very tasty food, super friendly staff and great value for money. Highly recommend a visit to this place, even if you are not a vegetarian as the food is so tasty you'll forget that meat exists!

My wife and I made a return visit to this charming restaurant and were not disappointed. We shared the Ped Ma Kham (sliced crispy duck) which went well with the Pla Neung See Ew (Steamed sea bass), and accompanied with a dish of plain egg noodles. The food is superb, and I only wish it were closer to my home.
