A proper café with local roots
Dee grew up in Eastbourne and Kevin in Barcombe and Ringmer. After meeting at catering college in Eastbourne, they married and later took over The Rosy Lee in June 2021. While keeping the well-known name, they have refreshed the café and widened its appeal, creating a welcoming space that attracts everyone from tradespeople and retirees to families enjoying breakfast together.
That family spirit runs through everything they do. With daughters and seven granddaughters between them, Dee and Kevin understand the importance of creating an environment where people feel comfortable, valued and looked after. Many customers comment on the friendly service, personal welcome and relaxed atmosphere that keeps them returning time and again.
