The few times I've been in to get my eyes tested, I've seen a fairly good selection of glasses. But the actual appointments feel rushed and a bit like they're trying to cram you in to get the next person in. Aside from this, I've found that the questions asked can be a bit unclear - the person testing my eyes tends to ask 'is 1 clearer than 2' but not 'in what way is the image not clear?' While they are currently trying to correct my prescription at no additional cost, I am finding the process quite tedious and wish that they had just taken a little longer to get the clearest lenses the first time around.
