Updating my review. I was very lucky, the electrician was able to wait to instal my oven. Works well. How ever.
I am going to state a very simple truth. The only good part about my service here was the man that served me in the show room upon time of purchase. Not going to drop a name. Not sure about that in the rules here.
And was also told to phone me after the first man was. Actually he wasn't directly rude. Just spoke to me as if he really couldn't be bothered with my existance.
Was told that the man delivering the over would phone me a half hour before getting to me. Never happened. And I belive I know why. On the recipt was a simple miss key on my mobile number.
0771 instead of 07781.
The only reason i'm giving a 3 star review is because the quality of service I got from the man that served me in the show room. He is truly worth a 5 star review on his own.
Polite, friendly and very knowlagable about the products. The second man. Not so much.
I mean yes, my plans for the day went to hell in a hand basket. And I was beyond lucky I knew the electrician. If this was anyone else with the waiting que for tradesman recently might of been waiting up to a week to get thier oven installed.

Michael and Karl at the Guernsey Electricity Shop were knowledgeable with their product expertise, they took time to show us their range of products with no hard sell (though we did purchase two items). Nothing we asked for was too much trouble, even including a few trips to the store-room! We will definitely return, a friendly store full of happy staff.
