On time, and as expected, Aaron turned up outside our house. We had overslept, as we had been visiting for the last time my partners mother who was on end of life care. As the end had not happened we were anxious and concerned, but appreciative that Aaron had turned up, and we didn't have to chase the appointment. Aarons manner was reassuring and of comfort. My partners father is 81 and getting more frail. It was like a breath of fresh air, Aaron explained the proceedure, let us walk around him trying to get ready for the day and was extremely patient and sociable. He tested the appliance several times to ensure all possibilities were covered and explained clearly the proceedure for using the product. I have to say that in my experience Aaron is an exceptional service engineer. Very easy to set up the personal alarm system but somewhat more difficult to get the personal details form completed if you do not have a local emergency contact. I had to phone the company twice but they were very helpful and we got it completed in the end. If they allowed some free text entries it might make it easier.

I attended a Best of Eastbourne marketing workshop at the Wellbeing centre. I thought the venue was a marvellous choice for a meeting. It was easy to get to and easy to park right outside in the Technology park (that's worth its weight in gold for corporate clients looking for a venue for meetings and training). The building was immaculately clean, bright and spacious. and the superb air conditioning was an absolute godsend during the day I attended, which happened to be the hottest day since 2003. The staff at Wellbeing were very polite, friendly and their security was good. I felt very welcome from the minute I entered to the minute I left.
I would recommend the Wellbeing Centre to anyone who needs to hire a room. It's far more practical and cost-effective as going down the hotel route and every bit as professional.

The lifeline unit arrived promptly and was easy to install. The staff were helpful on the phone and checked it was working smoothly.
However we were referred for a 24 hour response keysafe installation which happened 4 days later and the engineer was rude and unhelpful and would only give 30 minutes notice “as he was busy and had a full schedule “

I had a system installed for my Mother today following a referral from St Richards Hospital. I was very impressed with the speed of the installation from the referral. The engineer who arranged to meet me was Aaron Marshall, he was very professional and punctual. He worked his obviously busy schedule around my own time commitments. Installation went smoothly, everything was explained well and the actual system installed seemed perfect. They provided a bracelet which detects falls and has a built-in call button. Several tests were done where I actually spoke with the operators which gave me reassurance that my Mother would be safe at home after leaving the hospital. They also installed a fire alarm which is linked up to the system. Thanks to Aaron and the team for the peace of mind.
