They found me the cheapest insurance quote but there was poor communication between close brothers and 1Answer with nobody being clear about what was provided as they requested. I'd provide it to 1A only to find close Brothers asking for the same documents. Good result for insurance but an awfully of backwards and forwards and unnecessary phone calls!

I found it very difficult to use the iApprove app, it is really not suitable for people that are not tech savvy.

Spent a fairly unproductive morning trying to find insurance for start-up private hire business - until I found 1 Answer insurance. Josh was extremely helpful and well-informed. He found competitive quotes where some other companies were unable to find any at all. As a newcomer to the trade, I felt I knew a lot more about PH insurance than I did at the start of the process. Josh was an excellent broker and business was done with efficiency and expediency - I’d definitely use 1 Answer again.
