I had to enquiry regarding my brother's Taxi Insurance matter, and when I called there, I was put through to Customer Service Advisor - Daniella; She dealt the matter with very professionally. He would email me regularly keeping me updated and helped me when I was having difficulty obtaining the information. He guided me efficiently which saved me a lot of time. I was very very impressed by the phenomenal customer service from Mark Cozen's, his ways of selling you things is incredible, not only did he get me the best quote out there! He made me feel proud taking out the policy, very kind chap, highly recommended to everybody, no stutter in any of his speech very confident 10/10 for the lad.

I am a customer of OneAnswer insurance and my review is for this company and their working partner CloseBrothers finance. I have been with this company just under 6 months, as a new driver I spent ages shopping for affordable quotes and was failing miserably. I want to shout out to Thomas Guy who emailed me and bless him kept in touch with me and helped me as much as he possibly could on getting the best deal on my new car. I don't know how he did it but he done an amazing job and made me feel at ease with my new insurance policy. He was never pushy and he understood my financial circumstances. After I very happily started my policy one answer have always been there if I have needed them. Recently I came in to a serious financial struggle and a gentleman named Adam Blake at CloseBrothers finance was very very understanding and made arrangements with my late payment so that I comfortably had time to sort myself out and get my premium paid when I could taking away late chargers and the fear of having my insurance cancelled and obviously in the process of making my first years no claims this is something I really didn't want and could not afford another insurance deposit.
I can't put into words enough how fantastic and supportive one answer and close brothers have been, also a shout out to Reece (one answer) & Chris (Close brothers) the customer service has been nothing less than brilliant for me even when financially I've feared the worst and apologized to the hilt (which they also tell me not to apologize for)

There have been a few problems with our insurance, we have spoken to so many of your colleagues but they always say it's sorted. We are not happy the way our policy has been dealt with because there is always a surprise email or letter. One of your colleagues, Delaine, has been double checking on the policy to get things right and he has assured me everything is completely sorted and he will let his team know.
