Bolt-On Towing Ltd is proud to be an official sponsor of local Bolton motor sport talent Callum Tanner, in his first full season as an IAME Mini X30 driver with BKC Racing.

Approaching just 13 years old this week, Callum is currently competing in the UK LGM Tour (Little Green Man), the Whilton Mill Club Championship and the Trent Valley Club Championship at PFI International Kart Circuit.

With a number of recent podium finishes and wins, including the title of the 2018 Southern Champion, Callum’s success continues outside of his kart representing his school year in the Bolton Schools Athletics Championships, taking a 4th place in the 100m and achieving 1st and a new school record with his team in the 100m relay. Callum not only has a talent for sport but he's also academically at the top of his game, achieving numerous Academic Awards and a student identified for the school's Good to Great Programme which recognises top talent.

A member of the BKC Racing Team, who have been successful front runners for many years in karting across Europe, coaching aspiring and successful kart drivers who have gone on to further success in other motor sport categories, such as:

Phil Hason & Nigel Moore - Le Mans Endurance GP

Lando Norris - McClaren test driver, current 2018 Formula 2 Championship leader, and just announced as McClaren's number 2 driver in their Formula 1 team

Callum Bradshaw - Former CIK-FIA Academy European Champion & Vice-World Champion

Jac Baybin - now competing in the 2018 Mini Challenge

The Future for Callum

Callum is currently seeking additional sponsors as he prepares for the 2019 season as moves into the X30 Junior class, reaching speeds of up to 80 mph. Like all motor sport, karting is an expensive sport and costs can exceed £30,000 per year. The upcoming season means a new chassis, new protective clothing, helmet etc but with this also comes the opportunity for local businesses to get involved, supporting local talent and grab the opportunity to market their business within motor sport. Not only can your business get seen on Callum's kart, suit, and van, but driver interviews provide an opportunity for sponsor names to get printed in karting magazines and social media. Karting championships are also streamed live on Facebook and You ube and often replayed on the Motor sport TV channel.

If you would like to get involved and understand the sponsorship packages available, get your business seen in the world of motor sport, and/or perhaps attend a race meeting or take the seat yourself on a Corporate race day, then please contact Callum's team via his official Facebook page Callum Tanner Racing
