Manchester and West Yorkshire are on the map for delivering great customer service. Chris and Gill Lowe, the Regional Directors for Shopper Anonymous Manchester and West Yorkshire, have been recognised for working with local businesses at the National Shopper Anonymous Awards Dinner, which was held in Liverpool in December.
Shopper Anonymous works with more than 900 independent UK businesses, from legal firms to farm shops to opticians, to help them improve their customer service and their sales and profitability.
Jonathan Winchester, Chief Executive, commented “Chris and Gill began their journey with Shopper Anonymous in 2013 and have developed it into an extraordinary business. Gaining the Gold Award out of 18 Regional Directors is a fantastic achievement. I am delighted for all the Manchester and West Yorkshire businesses that gain so much value from the services Chris and Gill offer. I know their mission is to deliver excellent customer service themselves, consistently impacting on the businesses they have been working with.”
With almost 50 local clients engaged with the mystery shopping, customer feedback and training programmes, Shopper Anonymous Manchester and West Yorkshire has offered thousands of Manchester and West Yorkshire team members the opportunity to receive feedback and development on the service standards they personally offer.
“This process has not only seen individuals grow with confidence but it has also made a significant difference to each business’ bottom line, as they retain and delight their customers,” says Chris.
Working with local organisations such as The University of Manchester, The Hakim Group, Bents Garden & Home, Manchester City, Farmer Copleys Farm Shop, and MLP Law , to name a few, Chris is finding that many local businesses are genuinely keen to raise their standards of customer service, as they are recognising that customers expect loyalty, respect and quality in their relationship.
“We have big plans for Manchester and West Yorkshire in 2016, including developing our world class mystery shopper team to double in size, as we continue to engage with more clients” says Gill.
