They have just become members for the motor industry codes of practice for service and repairs, which is a government run codes of practice for garage. They passed their audit at the end of April and are now fully signed up to the scheme.
As a member of the motor industry code, Whitecroft have had to prove they offer a honest and fair service, completing work as agreed with the customer, have open and transparent pricing and invoices match what was originally quoted, have conscientious and competent staff and finally, on the rare occasions that complaints occur, that the procedure for making one is quick and easy to understand.
Very soon Whitecroft Garages will be a member of approvedgarages.co.uk. To become a member of the approved garages scheme, Whitecroft have shown they follow motoring code of conducts and are trustworthy and offer great value for money. Whitecroft have shown their mechanics are experienced and friendly, and can repair any car, regardless of its model or make. It all means customers can have confidence in the work Whitecroft do.
Only the very best garages are allowed to become members of approved garages and pass the motor industry code, which is why we recognise Whitecroft as one of the best garages in Bolton.
They have now been spurred on to enter the 2013 Bolton and Bury Business Awards. Whitecroft Garages will be entering the category for apprenticeship development. All the apprentices are given a mentor spend time in college training as well as gaining practical experience at the garage.
