For many students heading to University this September, Freshers Week is something they all look forward to. And the University of Bolton has tons of great activities planned for their own Freshers Week between the 14th September and 22nd September.

Wristbands are now sale to give students access to all their great events. They only cost £20 each but will allow students to attend every single event The University of Bolton is holding, as well as free access to J2 throughout the week.

Students from all years should also make sure that they’ve got a Student Card UK discount card. This will give them access to thousands of discounts, freebies and offers around Bolton and most of the other university town and cities. This is valid at restaurants, shops, bars and taxis and many other places. The card is only £9.95 for 3 years and can be purchased online at www.thestudentcarduk.com.

So here’s a quick rundown of the week. On the Saturday is the welcome karaoke night, Sunday is the meet and greet session, Monday is the comedy night, Tuesday is the silent disco, Wednesday is Hawaiian madness, Thursday is the quiz night, Friday is the UV bubble toga party and the climax is on Saturday 21st September with the Hollywood masquerade ball. Special guests at this event will be Billie Faiers and Tom Pearce from The Only Way is Essex.

Students can order their wristband by contacting The University of Bolton on either 01204 900850 or via email on info@ubsu.co.uk with details of their debit card, email address, name and telephone number.
