Lent is a period of fasting and moderation which begins on Ash Wednesday (Wednesday 10th February) and ends on Easter Sunday (Sunday March 24th)

During lent, people taking part usually tend to give up a particular food or habit.

So what are you going to give up for lent?

There’s lots of things that you can give up such as chocolate, caffeine or junk food. Or even bad habits such as smoking, watching too much TV or negativity, or maybe for me, shopping!

Lent could also be the perfect time to start something new, such as reading a new book, taking up a fab hobby or being healthier!

Let us know what you’re giving up for lent!
