There are still lots of tickets available for the gala dinner which opens the 2014 Bolton Food and Drink Festival.
Everyone who attends the dinner will be treated to a delicious 7 course meal, prepared by the very best chefs the North West has to offer. Our very own Debbie Halls-Evans of Delicieux will be cooking part of the menu, along with Andrew Nutter, ex Coronation Street star Sean Wilson and Michael Caines will be amongst the stars serving up the lovely food on the night.
Each cook will work together to produce the special meal, which will include a starter, main course, cheese board and amuse-bouche.
On arrival you’ll be greeted with music and entertainment, as well as a sparkling reception of cocktails and nibbles from Italian restaurant SoLITA.
The magnificent gala dinner will be held in the Cloisters Suite Banquet Hall in the Holiday Inn in Bolton on Friday 22nd August. Doors open at 6.30pm, with the event starting at 7.45pm, and is expected to end around midnight.
