During Easter and the Easter break it can be hard to find something to keep the kids entertained. That’s why we have put together this helpful guide of things to do, and local events to attend, so you can be sure to keep your children entertained this Easter.

Did you know? The naming of Easter actually dates to the name of a pre-Christian goddess from England, Eostre who was celebrated at the beginning of spring.

Arts & Crafts

It’s always good to have some arts & craft projects at the ready, so why not try these:

Painting and decorating boiled eggs.

Boil a couple of eggs, and take some paint, glitter, stickers, pipe cleaners and let your little artist make their masterpiece. We’ve even included some ideas below!

Paper Egg Decorating.

If decorating boiled eggs doesn’t take your fancy, why not cut paper in the shape of an egg, and then take to decorating the paper egg.

Make Easter Cards.

Get artistic this year and make your own cards, let your children make their friends and family their very own Easter cards. They will hold sentimental value, and make amazing memories.
